The service is outstanding, and although I had to wait a little once, I've always received a good burger. Additionally, the frappe machine is consistently operational in the morning, which is a real bonus!

I've experienced consistently slow service every time I've visited this restaurant. It took me 10 minutes just to place my order at the speaker, and I then wait... read more I've experienced consistently slow service every time I've visited this restaurant. It took me 10 minutes just to place my order at the speaker, and I then waited another 20 minutes for my food. The fries were the worst I've ever had at a McDonald's—they tasted like they were cooked in old oil. My Big Mac had overcooked, bland patties and was missing the onions. On a brighter note, the nuggets were hot and flavorful. However, the employee at the second window didn’t say a word and avoided eye contact while I was speaking to her. Overall, it was a very disappointing takeout experience.

My biggest concern, however, was that my son ended up with a Mario Kart toy instead of the Pokémon toy that was advertised to come with the Happy Meal. This really disappointed him and ended up ruining his whole day. It was hard for me to see him upset. We only realized the mistake after we got home because I wanted to keep my truck tidy. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. Food rating: 4.

The presentation was unimpressive, suggesting a lack of attention to how the dishes were arranged. Our sandwiches were carelessly assembled and squished. Furthermore, the staff member at the window was somewhat rude. When my friend attempted to ask her a question, she abruptly closed the window in his face and walked away, demonstrating a total disregard for her responsibilities.
