The food was enjoyable, but I placed a drive-thru order for five people, and even though they read everything back correctly, there was an issue with every single order. It was a pretty simple order, which makes it all the more frustrating!
I understand that fast food is meant to be quick, but this experience was simply ridiculous. I couldn't even take a bite of my burger; I had to return it before I could even pick it up. The meat was barely on the bun, the cheese was completely un-melted, and the toppings were just falling off. To top it all off, it was cold!

Waiting in line for 15-20 minutes is fine when the food is hot and fresh. Unfortunately, my meal today tasted like it had been microwaved. I asked for just ketchup and cheese on my sandwich, but they ended up putting a lot of mustard on it instead. The fries were cold—not even lukewarm. The evening staff always gets my order right, but this daytime team could definitely use some improvement.
The drive-thru was highly efficient, and the food was served hot and fresh.
