Been coming here for 2 years but the management must have changed recently because 2 times in a row now we have showed up during peak hours and they don’t have boba. What kinda boba tea place runs out of boba? Would not recommend.
Service was good and quick but the drink tasted like water. I got the earl grey milk tea with boba. The boba was sweet and chewy but the tea itself tasted like straight water.
We ordered horchata and taro milk teas. Unfortunately, they lacked flavor and still had some granules at the bottom even after shaking.
I ordered a coffee milk tea with tapioca pearls, which was just okay. We also played the card game Hot Seat, as they have a selection of fun games on a shelf. The restaurant had a cute decor and the workers were very friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but I might give it a higher rating if I tried a different flavor.
I love the options and the service at TeaLatte Bar Frisco. The staff Is pleasant and patient with orders and requests for suggestions. With that said, their customer service goes above and beyond.I could not locate my wallet. I heard a knock at my door and it was someone from Tea Latte, maybe the owner, dropping off my wallet to my house!!! Wow! I am so thankful and appreciative. What a caring gesture.It is true in business, people don’t care how much you know they want to know how much your care. Thank you Tea Latte for caring! See you soon.
