When we stepped into the restaurant, we were second in line. Yet, 40min later…WE WERE STILL WAITING on our food!! The staff had no sense of urgency and literally stopped processing twice to pre-process or to focus on orders other than those of all of us still waiting in line. The young man and young lady at the counter were welcoming, accommodating, and charismatic. They both reflected well on MOD and invited my family back. This is a great location!
