Then when I asked for an extra bag of chips and they blew up the store?. 0/10 I would go back! The workers are really friendly!!

The store was clean, and the food was fresh.... read more Yesterday, I visited the Subway location at 43391-0, located near the intersection of Highway I-25 and Highway 52. The store was clean, and the food was fresh. The person who served me was outstanding. Having been a secret shopper for over 20 years, I can confidently say that this young man, Davyn Walker, provided exceptional service. He was extremely polite and deserves a five-star rating for his customer service. He made my sandwich to perfection, and I couldn't be happier with my choice to eat there. I truly believe that when someone goes above and beyond to make a customer’s day special, it deserves recognition. This young man shows great promise as a team member and should definitely be acknowledged for his efforts.

When I arrived, the manager was sitting at the counter with the store closed, refusing to provide us with food service during posted operating hours. I specifically drove across the city to support this business, only to be treated poorly. Eventually, we decided to take our money elsewhere and won't be returning, as I don't want to waste another trip on such rude behavior and disregard for advertised hours. It's Friday, and it seems the manager prioritized personal reasons over business, costing herself revenue by closing early. I'm also curious who authorized her to shut down before the official closing time and deny us service. The entire experience reflected poorly on the establishment and left a bad impression.
