I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The gluten-free crust was the best I've ever had. Although the delivery took a bit longer than expected, it was a weekend evening delivery. This is our new favorite spot!
Last week, we tried Bash's Pizza for the first time and it was fantastic!
I placed an order at 5:30 a.m. and called at 7:20 a.m. when it still hadn't been delivered. I was told they were five minutes away. At 7:40 a.m., I called again and was informed they were only half a block away. By 8 a.m., the food arrived completely cold.
Amazing service and amazing manager, redelivered after a delivery mistake and called me to communicate what was needed, excellent food 5/5 no complaints Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Group size: 1 person, 2 people
The food is always delicious I have nothing negative to say. However last night I ordered delivery and it said 70 minutes delivery time, sucks but understandable it’s Friday night best pizza in town we can wait a little more than average for our food. 2 hours later I call to see what’s going on and I’m told the pizza is out the door on its way. I live very close within a mile but our family is sick so we opted for delivery 30 minutes after the phone call my pizza arrives barely warm and missing an order of breadsticks. Driver already had their tip added when I ordered. I always tip and rather well given I live 3 minutes away from the store. Needless to say I was not at all pleased with this and driver could care less.
