7-eleven - Frederick
7-eleven
Description
A neighborhood quick-stop is marred by cleanliness and service problems: customers report unsanitary restrooms, clogged fixtures and a neglected toilet brush, alongside repeated pricing and payment disputes. Sale prices and rewards are reportedly not honored, and staff are described as brusque or uncooperative, creating tense interactions over EBT and register totals. Until management addresses sanitation, accurate pricing and staff training, patrons say they feel overcharged and are likely to take their business elsewhere.

This restaurant is terrible. The staff never lets you enter your reward number or process it discreetly, which means customers have to pay the full, undiscounted price. It's quite disappointing.
The men's restroom was quite unsanitary. The urinals were clogged, and there was a puddle in front of them. At least the toilet was functional, but it seems they haven't figured out how to clean the toilet brush. Next time, I might just opt for the dumpster out back.
Tried to pay for gas using my card here but it declined, used my girlfriends card which went through. About a week later we both have identical $97.42 charges on our bank accounts from this 7-11. Don’t pay with your card here.
It's decent. The aisles are well-stocked with display items, just like a typical 7-Eleven.
Terrible customer service. I've been in this location a handful of times and haven't had a problem until today. The new Arabian man that works there tried to charge me $25 for 1 pizza using ebt. I told him no it's always been $10 and some change and insisted on him running the transaction for ebt. He said no and that it was $25. I'll go ahead and not go to this location anymore for their messed up prices and employees that are too incompetent to do anything.
