Excellent food! I'm not an expert on German cuisine but it tasted very good and seemed authentic. Located right in downtown Frederick, it is a great place for hearty German food. Had the Tuesday special which is Munchner Weibwurst, Pretzel, Potato salad, sauerkraut and mustard and also tried a krautburger. Everything was delicious and I can't wait to go back again. What Marcia Desmond doesn't like about Styria Bakery:
This bakery is not the Styria Baker that used to provide great cranberry nut bread at the Longmont Farmers Market. I have been gone for several months and just returned to buy the bread and had to search for the randomly scattered cranberries and occasional walnut. Price is too high and ingredients are skimpy. The old Styria cranberry walnut bread was loaded with cranberries and walnuts. This is not that bread. View all feedback.

Styria is a wonderful, local Frederick, Colorado bakery with a very nice selection of baked goods. The bread is so delicious and I particularly love that it is a locally owned business.
