After being away for several months, I... read more This bakery is not the same Styria Baker that used to offer fantastic cranberry nut bread at the Longmont Farmers Market. After being away for several months, I recently returned to buy the bread, only to find the cranberries and walnuts sporadically sprinkled throughout. The price is also quite steep, and the ingredients are lacking. The previous Styria cranberry walnut bread was abundant with cranberries and walnuts. Unfortunately, this is not that bread.

The bread is incredibly tasty, and I especially appreciate that it is a locally owned establishment.

While I may not be an expert on German cuisine, everything tasted fantastic and felt genuinely authentic. Situated right in downtown Frederick, this restaurant is perfect for indulging in hearty German dishes. I ordered the Tuesday special, which included Münchner Weißwurst, pretzel, potato salad, sauerkraut, and mustard, and I also sampled a kraut burger. Everything was delicious, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
