Only thing positive I can say is that the drinks were great. It took 25 minutes to simply get out beverages. Another 35 minutes to get any of our food. Our waiter not only ignored us most of the time but the simplicity of our orders seemed difficult for him. All of the food looked and tasted frozen or processed. On top of that we had to search for someone to get our check to leave. The prices do not match the service and quality of food and it explains why so many have shut down. Never again
Today, Saturday, August 13th, I visited Ruby Tuesday at 3:45 p.m. Upon arrival, I noticed a gentleman waiting who had been seated for over 10 minutes due to no hostess being available. My partner found a server who finally assisted him, so we decided to wait at the bar to avoid further delay. The same server helped us at the bar until the bartender took over, and both were excellent. Unfortunately, there was an error with the salad table, and food was scattered everywhere, so we chose not to order from it. Overall, the two staff members who helped us were fantastic, but aside from that, the experience was not very pleasant.
I had an exceptional experience at Ruby Tuesday, thanks to Server Jenn and Manager Brittany, who were both outstanding. The kitchen staff also did a fantastic job—the food was delicious and cooked perfectly, which means a lot to me since I’m quite particular. I first visited last Wednesday and came back today, Saturday, with a friend. We both live in Frederick, and I found the prices very reasonable. Today’s service was equally excellent, with Server Javon being polite, courteous, and friendly. Our meals arrived promptly and were made exactly to our specifications. I’m looking forward to my next visit. Thank you!
On September 1, 2022, I went to Ruby Tuesday for lunch and ordered mozzarella sticks and shrimp Parmesan pasta. I asked the waiter to replace the shrimp with chicken since I don’t eat shrimp. When my mozzarella sticks arrived, there was no cheese inside, which the waiter quickly noticed—kudos to him for that. My pasta arrived as ordered, but when it came time to pay, I was charged full price for the pasta and for the chicken substitution. The waiter initially said I wouldn’t be charged for the chicken, but then the manager intervened, insisted on charging me, and wouldn’t allow the waiter to waive the fee. If the manager penalizes customers for substituting a less expensive meat due to personal dietary preferences, then he’s not fit to manage. It was a really disappointing and rude move. This may seem minor, but I’ve lost a customer, and I’ve advised my employees, who frequently eat here, to avoid this place in the future.
Our appetizers took 45 minutes to arrive, and it was an hour before we received our main meals. At one point, the server had to search for our order, which made it difficult for my children to eat.

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant! Server Jenn and manager Brittany were absolutely wonderful, and the kitchen staff did an amazing job as well. The food was delicious and prepared perfectly, which is impressive because I can be quite picky. I visited last Wednesday and came back today with a friend. We both live in Frederick and found the prices to be very reasonable. Today, our server Javon was polite, courteous, and friendly, and our food arrived quickly and exactly as we ordered. We’ll definitely be back soon—thank you!
The restaurant has improved with its new menu. While it may not be as bustling as some of the other chains nearby, that contributes to a peaceful dining experience.
I went out for dinner to celebrate my grandson's birthday with a group of ten. We were seated at 6:30 PM and then began the long wait. It took a full 30 minutes for everyone to get their drinks. One person had to send her drink back twice because a fruit fly was floating in it. As for the food, the new sticky bones were dry and the meat had an overly crispy texture. The cheese fries came out warm but were topped with shredded cheese that never melted, leading them to cover it with cheese from a can. Most of the food was overcooked, while two dishes were undercooked. Everything was excessively oily and poorly prepared. For instance, the Carbonara is supposed to have a white sauce, not a red spaghetti sauce! Although they eventually got the Carbonara right, it featured peas and carrots that weren’t shown in the menu photo. Finally, at 8:52 PM, we received our dessert, and we were ready to get out of there.

I'd like to start be saying that my wife and I love Going to Ruby Tuesday. We just won't come back to this one until they publicly let everyone know they corrected their roach problem. We were sitting about as far away from the kitchen as they could have seated us. The food was great, but right at the end a big roach crawled across the table. I used a salt shaker to squish it before my wife saw it. I didn't want to ruin her meal. I left the roach under there. Sorry if someone else found it later. I'm hoping they found it when they bussed the table we will still go to their other locations. I really hope the parent company makes their restaurants spray for bugs every week?

Jen is amazing! She consistently provides excellent care to her customers and delivers exceptional service. Make sure to ask for her when you visit! I would have shared photos, but the ribs were just too delicious to stop and take any!
Excellent customer service, impeccably clean plates and utensils, a friendly atmosphere, and the food was outstanding! I ordered the grilled salmon with white rice and broccoli, while my wife enjoyed the mac and cheese topped with parmesan chicken. It was all so delicious! I highly recommend trying the Classic Starters, including tortilla chips, mozzarella sticks, and soft pretzels. They come out nice and hot. Some may find the cheese sauce a bit salty, but overall, it's fantastic! Enjoy your visit!
