Nick, our host and server, provided wonderful hospitality. I highly recommend the Frederick, MD location!

Placed an online order, when we went to pick the it up the restaurant was closed due to a water main break. I realize that is out of the store's control, but wh... read more Placed an online order, when we went to pick the it up the restaurant was closed due to a water main break. I realize that is out of the store's control, but why were they still accepting orders if they were closed? My credit card was charged for the order and now I am stuck disputing this charge with the credit card company. Other restaurant websites tell you if a restaurant is closed for some reason. The manager at this location really dropped the ball. This was the first time in four years we had visited Ruby Tuesday and our first online order. They did not make a good impression.

Potato was hard in places, cocktail in small glass no appeal or presentation, needs an upgrade booths are beat up. 12/01/2022 Got a coupon for a 6 ounce Ribeye Steak. Wellit was 4.5 ounces, which I was told by the manager it was 6.0 ounces before it was cooked. The steak was rare. I asked for amedium cooked steak. So after flipping the steak 1 time the steak lost 1.5 ounces? Maybe I need to go to another Ruby Tuesday.

One... read more Went out to dinner to celebrate my grandsons birthday with a party of ten. We sat down at 6:30pm and waited. It took 30 minutes for everyone to get drinks. One person had to send their drink back twice because she had a fruit fly in her drink.(TWICE) The new sticky bones were dry and the meat was crispy. The cheese fries were warm and covered in shredded cheese thatnever melted, so they covered it with cheese from a can. The food was over cooked in most cases, or raw for two people. Allof the food was very oily and not made properly. For example, Carbonara is a WHITE sauce, NOT red spaghetti sauce. Theyfinally got the carbonara right, except I don?t think peas and carrots were shown in the photo in their menu. At 8:52pm wefinally got desert so we could get the hell out of there.
