It took a full 30 minutes... read more I went out for dinner to celebrate my grandson's birthday with a group of ten. We were seated at 6:30 PM and then began the long wait. It took a full 30 minutes for everyone to get their drinks. One person had to send her drink back twice because a fruit fly was floating in it. As for the food, the new sticky bones were dry and the meat had an overly crispy texture. The cheese fries came out warm but were topped with shredded cheese that never melted, leading them to cover it with cheese from a can. Most of the food was overcooked, while two dishes were undercooked. Everything was excessively oily and poorly prepared. For instance, the Carbonara is supposed to have a white sauce, not a red spaghetti sauce! Although they eventually got the Carbonara right, it featured peas and carrots that weren’t shown in the menu photo. Finally, at 8:52 PM, we received our dessert, and we were ready to get out of there.
