I order the same thing every time I go to dunkin; a large sweet tea with extra liquid sugar added and EVERY single time I get an unsweetened tea. every single time it doesn?t matter which location it happens every time. this time they didn?t even add it onthe order they just did a large sweet tea but still gave me unsweetened tea that tastes sour like it?s been sitting for hours. Iworked for dunkin for 3 years, sweet tea is the easiest drink to make yet they fail every time
I've basically given up on this Dunkin' at this point. The last 4-5 times I've gone they have either not had Chai after I mobile ordered it or the most recent time they put coffee and no chai in my chai latte. Its a shame because when they first opened theywere really good and they have slowly gone down hill since.
Lines are long depending upon time of day; usually go after 9:30 and can get through quick. Short staffed since kids went back to school, but they try hard to keep up with demand. For the most part, my selection is always made correctly. The nice woman atthe window never fail to give my dog treats! ??
Worst Dunkin ever, half the time they charge you correctly but when you get your order it?s mostly wrong, I make it a habit to avoid this one, it doesn?t help that it?s being run by a bunch of 15 years olds, this is one of the bad Dunkins, the only goodthing about it is the convenient location
The coffee tasted as expected however as I was drinking about half way started tasting little crumbs which turned out to be coffee grounds. I have never had this in all years of having coffee from DD. The other problem this location they have not hadplain glazed donuts last three visits. The simple plain donut all donuts start from and they don?t have any??? Stopped by before9 am and was told they didn?t have any. Stopped by in the afternoon still don?t have any. Regardless of the time they never haveglazed donuts. Now I am getting coffee grinds in my coffee. Think time go back SB or maybe just go Sheetz. Sad to say butalways loved DD but this location falls short. This is new place too so think they would be up to speed. Tried to call the storeabout the grounds in my coffee and couldn?t get anyone on phone. What is left in photo is half of what was in my coffee the restlanded on my tongue took some effort get off and at work very uncomfortable situation have coffee grounds stuck on lips and inmouth.

I ordered a ice mocha latte and what i got was a ice coffee and when i was handed she just walked away and when i ask something she just said no english and i was only customer in the store
The kind lady yogesh who was at the drive thru had a very positive Attitude. She greeted with a good morning and have a good day. That goes a long way. You don’t see such positivity in that industry.
This experience was completely unacceptable. I feel that this young man should face serious consequences for his actions. As a veteran with PTSD, it was challenging for me to stay calm, especially since my family was in the car with me. To make matters worse, this occurred on Father's Day, humiliating me in front of my son and wife. I expect a follow-up call to resolve this issue before I consider taking further legal action.
This was 2 time coming here and when i walked in i didn't get welcome or smile a employee was on his phone look at me and look back to his phone and then slowly walked over and Sayed what you want, took my order then threw bag down and walked away and then someone else handed me my drink and she didn't smile and come again. as a food blogger i wont recommend this place anyone who follow me on my blog. this is the worst dunkin i have been to. if i could i would just give it a half of a star
