As a veteran with PTSD, it was challenging for me to stay calm, especially since my family was in the car with me. To make matters worse, this occurred on Father's Day, humiliating me in front of my son and wife. I expect a follow-up call to resolve this issue before I consider taking further legal action.

I order the same thing every time I go to dunkin; a large sweet tea with extra liquid sugar added and EVERY single time I get an unsweetened tea. every single t... read more I order the same thing every time I go to dunkin; a large sweet tea with extra liquid sugar added and EVERY single time I get an unsweetened tea. every single time it doesn’t matter which location it happens every time. this time they didn’t even add it on the order they just did a large sweet tea but still gave me unsweetened tea that tastes sour like it’s been sitting for hours. I worked for dunkin for 3 years, sweet tea is the easiest drink to make yet they fail every time
