Delicious meal that tasted like mom's homemade cooking. 2 Chile Verde burritos with bean and rice plus drinks and it all came to just 14 bucks. My jaw was on the floor when I got the bill. Will definitely visit again for the delicious food. A+ rating
The staff and owners are fantastic, the food is delicious, and there's a fully stocked bar, all set in a charming atmosphere. What’s not to love?
Awesome that there open again they make some darn good Chile Verde nice atmosphere
I came in for lunch, and aside from some people at the bar, the place was empty. I was not greeted, and found my own seat. Only after waiting several minutes did the waitress appear. She apologized, and said she did not know where the menus were ! and instead made several suggestions. She did not offer any drinks.I went along with her recommendations for my order, and the food was decent enough. It was classic Mexican restaurant fare, tacos, enchiladas, beans and rice. It wasn't bad, but it was nothing exceptional. Definitely nothing worth the inconveniences. At one point the waitress brought water, but only after my food arrived and I was never offered a refill. After finishing my meal, I waited approximately five minutes for my waitress to return with my tab. She never did. After another five minutes, I decided to pay $10 for the meal Remember, no menu was provided so I had no way to know how much the plate cost and left.In summary: Decent food paired with abysmal service. There are other, better places in Fowler for Mexican food and drinks.
