The restaurant was impeccably clean, a... read more I had an incredible experience at this Taco Bell thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Chris and Johnny! The restaurant was impeccably clean, and I was welcomed with a friendly smile. The food was exceptionally fresh! I will definitely return to this location, as they have some fantastic employees!

H... read more We placed an order through the app for in-store pickup because we wanted to eat inside, especially since my son was interested in a special item he saw there. However, when we arrived, the restaurant was closed. We knocked on the door, but the staff seemed annoyed by our presence. After explaining our situation, they told us that orders could only be picked up via the drive-thru. We couldn’t cancel the order without losing our payment, so eating in the car was our only option, which we didn’t want. While we were eating, we saw other customers trying to enter, but the doors were locked, and they left disappointed. Overall, the staff’s early closure of the dining area and refusal to refund the order made for a poor experience. This situation could have been much better if the employees had been more helpful and courteous when we came in for our in-store pickup.

When I got home, I realized the taco pack wasn't a... read more I often visit this Taco Bell on my way home from work. Today, I ordered a supreme taco pack and two burritos. When I got home, I realized the taco pack wasn't actually supreme. Normally, I wouldn’t mind, but the price difference is more than a gallon of gas! Such a disappointment. I tried calling them, but no one answered. Definitely a letdown!
