I'm not sure if they have new staff or if there's been a change in personnel. I would return, though, as the staff were always very friendly and polite.

The restaurant was impeccably clean, and I was welcomed with a friendly smile. The food was exceptionally fresh! I will definitely return to this location, as they have some fantastic employees!

H... read more We placed an order through the app for in-store pickup because we wanted to eat inside, especially since my son was interested in a special item he saw there. However, when we arrived, the restaurant was closed. We knocked on the door, but the staff seemed annoyed by our presence. After explaining our situation, they told us that orders could only be picked up via the drive-thru. We couldn’t cancel the order without losing our payment, so eating in the car was our only option, which we didn’t want. While we were eating, we saw other customers trying to enter, but the doors were locked, and they left disappointed. Overall, the staff’s early closure of the dining area and refusal to refund the order made for a poor experience. This situation could have been much better if the employees had been more helpful and courteous when we came in for our in-store pickup.
