The food was excellent, which is what you would expect from a steakhouse. However, I encountered a concerning issue with this franchise that I believe may be illegal. When I went to pay with my card, the machine asked me to add a tip. I fully intended to leave one, but the young women working there insisted that I shouldn’t and urged me not to do so. Unfortunately, it was too late, and my card had already been charged. When I inquired about it, they told me that the owner never gives them the tips left by customers. This experience left me feeling quite disappointed and disheartened, and I think it deserves further investigation. It's a shameful practice on the part of the franchise owner.
