Jocy's Fine Mexican - Fowler
Jocy's Fine Mexican
Description
**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
This restaurant evokes nostalgia for some with its once-renowned Mexican fare, but recent visits reveal a decline in both quality and atmosphere. While several diners commend the welcoming staff and clean environment, others express disappointment over inflated prices and reduced portion sizes. The once-bustling atmosphere now feels empty, with complaints about loud patrons detracting from the dining experience. Although a few guests rave about the delicious food and service, the inconsistency leaves many questioning their return. Overall, this establishment seems to navigate a challenging transition, leaving diners divided on whether to keep it as a dining option.

Good authentic high quality Mexican food in Fowler. Right serving size, right price and great service/ wait time. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Used to be one of our once a month Mexican food joints before. This was our first time back in over a year, and boy, the prices shot through the roof, and the plates are smaller. The day we went, there was a group there with two women that was so loud we literally couldn't hear each other's words. My chorizo and eggs were so greasy that you could use it to change the oil in your car. Sad, but we won't be back again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
Got the chile colorado combination which had rice and beans with some factory made tortillas on the side. Was decent. Problem was the laminated menu had no prices for anything when you order. So you order at your risk. Got the bill and it was decent I suppose for what I ordered? The booth bench seats were weird. when you sit down you sink in like the cushions were blown out.
