HORRIBLE ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!! BE WARY, CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Hard chalupa shells full of oil. Tomatoes and lettuce are soggy many days old to say the least. Young staff are extremely rude with no customer service skills or any sense of respect using curse words with customer interaction. CORPORATE NEEDS TO SEND SOME SILENT SHOPPERS OVER TO SEE HOW BAD THEIR SERVICE TRULY IS. We only have two taco bells in town but trust me, taking the extra two mile drive to the Camden taco bell is worth it. They hardly get an order wrong, their food is always fresh and most importantly they are respectful and courteous.
Everytime i come in here the employees are imbeciles they just look at me waiting to order and takes them 10 minutes to finally take it.. all while just talking to each other doing nothing....
So it seems that when I order through the drive thru, my order is either missing items already paid for or it's wrong in general. No sauce, even though that was paid for, I ordered the party pack taco supream but instead was given the basic ones, missing sauce again. Never leave until you check the bags and box of your order as it is an inconvenience every single time I get home to discover the order wasn't what was ordered and paid for. Every. Single. Time. Poor execution of following simple service with staff and possibly management regardless of time of day your order is placed. Waste of time and money having to drive back to retrieve what should have been handled correctly in the first place.
