The staff at this restaurant is always welcoming and they always remember my drink order. I choose to eat here when I don't want to wait in line at the crowded fast food places in the parking lot. Plus, I can easily grab a cheese bag from the Safeway nearby, making it a very convenient location. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
One worker in the morning was not enough. She was very slow and I felt bad for her. That was ridiculous to have one person. In the morning. So I had to walk away. Took too long. But most of the time it is fast. When you have 3 workers. View all feedback.
The service was excellent and the restaurant is conveniently located inside the PX. It's a great spot to enjoy a good cup of coffee while shopping.
When I visited, Sharla was extremely disrespectful towards her coworkers. I would not want to work with someone who speaks to others in such a rude manner.
There is a new staff member at the restaurant who I didn't catch the name of, but they were amazing! So upbeat and friendly! Usually it's bland or incorrect, and when I complain, I usually get the response, "that's how I was trained to make it," from a blonde barista who seems bothered when asked to make a frappe. Please, keep this new employee!

I don't really go to Starbucks, usually. This one was great! The staff was SO kind to everyone!
