My order has been incorrect more than once. The cleanliness of the restaurant is not always up to par. However, there is a Wendy's nearby as an alternative option.

I recently ordered a bowl of chili, but what I received was essentially soup with no ground beef. It was more like a red chili-flavored soup with lots of beans. When I tried to address the issue, I was told that the cook responsible for the chili was no longer available. The staff seemed indifferent to my concerns and it was clear that the restaurant has lost its charm.

It takes 15 minutes to serve one car in the drive-thru, and after multiple customers give up and leave, you are greeted by a very unhappy order taker. You can hear the disappointment in their voice if you order more than one item. Once you finally receive your food 45 minutes later, it is completely wrong. The Baconator breakfast burgers are missing the beef patties, and every sandwich is either cold or missing ingredients. I have given up on this restaurant.
