Bless her heart one lady working her butt off seemed over whelmed but she was very polite did an amazing job. She definatly needs a raise.
The customer service at this restaurant is extremely disappointing. I placed an online delivery order for 2 meals, but when the sandwiches were delivered, they were missing the drinks and chips. The driver offered to go back and retrieve them, but instead, the order was cancelled and they still tried to blame me for the mistake. I tried calling the restaurant to resolve the issue, but couldn't get them to help me over the phone.
We ordered delivery and it arrived quickly, but when we opened our order, we found that the sandwiches were made on the wrong bread. I couldn't eat the bread due to an allergy, so we had to scrape off the toppings and switch the bread. The staff here should double-check orders more carefully. Additionally, I ordered Fritos but received potato chips instead. While that's not a huge issue, it would have been nice to know if they were out of Fritos. I will not be ordering online from this restaurant again.
The large Subway restaurant has two women who work diligently to make sandwiches with love and care. They greet customers with a smile even when there is a long line. Kudos to the fantastic staff!
