Gone a couple times and at least 50% of the time they are missing one of the items. This is particularly frustrating when it's one of the uncharged items like cheese curds. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered a mini concrete mixer got it in roughly 7 minutes when the worker came to deliver the food to the truck behind me I asked if there was a problem with my concrete mixer. He said no he didn’t have it. He didn’t know anything about it then he came out again two more bags to deliver to to someone And then went in and then a gal came out. She delivered food to someone and then finally the kid came out and delivered my food. I called and got the manager and she said at first they came out to find me and they couldn’t find me well that was not the truth at all Then she said she’s very sorry they’re trying to get organized. That was probably the truth, but it’s ridiculous regardless if they were to say sorry or offer me something free this is my last time there there’s other Culver’s that are way better than this one here in fountain good luck To you if you go there, hopefully they’re a little bit more organized but with this manager, it’s not it’s really bad and this is like the third time I have had an issue first time I’ve put in a complaint cause it’s not OK

I’ve been here plenty of times, truly one of my favorites. The food is always good! Service is usually good! However, a new employee “in training” took my payment at the window. He proceeded to ask military or first responder. I stated I was a first responder. He asked me if I had My ID. To which I stated, “no, it’s with my uniform.” I said, “this hasn’t been asked of me before, is that new?” He said “ okay.” He looked at me with discouragement, doubting I am a first responder almost. I don’t want to say it had to do with my gender, but it seemed biased regardless. Didn’t give me the discount, which isn’t a big deal, however; I felt disrespected- as he seemed to believe that I was untruthful about my profession. I have also never been asked to show proof of it via ID. If that’s a new standard, make it known. Especially if employees usually honor my word.
