I should have known. Don't get the birria tacos. It tasted and looked pre made as a whole. The cheese appears to have been melted then sat out, solidified and then reheated. Supporting local businesses instead of high chain restaurants companies. We stopped at a night market at the Residence inn Kapolei and saw this garlic shrimp scampi photos and wanted to try them for the first time. Wait time was 15 mins but it was fresh and piping hot so be careful when handling the takeout container.
