Me and my husband had food delivered from here and the fries were hard and they weren’t hot at all. On top of that my sandwich was supposed to be a double cheddar beef sandwich and there was barely any cheese on it, wasn’t even double cheddar, as well as the meat wasn’t hot either. I use to love Arby’s and this place disappointed me. I’d rather go to Walmart to get the Arby’s fries than get them from here. View all feedback.

The staff seems to focus more on managing the door than on the customers waiting in line. I was told it would be a ten-minute wait, but several people ended up leaving the line. The service was extremely slow, with an average wait time of nearly 40 minutes for our food during lunch hours. There were also frequent issues with unavailable menu items and incorrect orders. I would recommend avoiding this place.

Very disappointed about how long they took. 20 minutes wait on the window when they did not even prepare our food. That's ridiculous. a terrible service.
Very slow even when you've been the only person to place an order and they don't monitor the drive thru and they seem to be closed randomly you never know when they're going to be open
This is the second time I have gone to this location and gotten the wrong order. We ordered the roast beef and cheddar meal and the Buffalo chicken sandwich. Not what we got at all. We got boneless chicken wings and gyro meat and cheddar on a bun... I will not be going back.
