This is one of, if not the best spot on the island. Avoid Ono Tacos or Alejandro cause they suck compared to this place a give you less food and use more rice and beans filler for the same price. $18 for a Carne Asada burrito here is worth it. The Burrito was bigger than my forearm!!!! you gotta get here early if not they run out of stuff. Next time, I'm going to get there early and get the Birria burrito!!! View all feedback.
What Ki Tano Keliiheleua doesn't like about Straight Outta Husk Mexican Food, Llc:
Food was ok. Services not so much. And there is no reason for whomever is responding to comments to respond rudely. as I see in the review thread. That attitude is just shameful and, makes the establishment less appealing. Thanks for the response and seems you made it so it can't be responded too. There is nothing nasty about what I said in my experience and the way you carry yourself. You are the nasty one in this s... View all feedback.
If food could give hugs this food would give the biggest hug. I ordered the chile relleno tamale, a carne asada burrito, and a mole taco. So comforting and absolutely delicious. Service was excellent. Cant wait to go back and try more.
Oh my Lord! I love, love, love this place. I had the chile relleno tamal and a tried a chicken mole taco. It took my back to my mother-in-law's kitchen in Sonora, Mexico. The staff were as nice as ever. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
This is the coolest family owned restaurant. Not only are they good people but the food is top notch. I think I just found the best Mexican food on the island. Thank you for the amazing service and delicious food.
Good enough to where if you have Friends or 'ohana from Texas coming in, you can take them here and they 'll like it too! Best Mexican food I 've found on the island. Pastor is good, Tamales are good. Try the Ube Horchata if you want a local spin on a classic.
I got sticker shock because my burrito and side of chips and salsa was $28. But, not only was the food very authentic and very good, it was also enough for two people. Once I picked up that burrito, I knew I was only able to get half of it. Thing was HEAVY. so, yes it’s worth two plate lunches to get the Birria burrito and chips and salsa. SO MUCH shredded beef. I’ve lived in Los Angeles and eaten at Mexican peoples homes. This is legit.
