Cucinaa Cooking Class hosted by Chief Marco Gubbiotti was a bonding experience with my family I will never forget. We were staying at Villa San Lorenzo near Castiglione Del Lago and we wanted to take a break from cooking and cleaning for 15+ family and friends. We were fortunate enough to have Chief Marco Gubbiotti from Cucinaa visit the Villa to teach my family and friends how to prepare a four-course meal for all of us. The course included Beef Tartare (starter), Frascarelli (First Course), Sirloin of Chianina (Main) and White Chocolate Mousse for Dessert. As each meal was prepared, Chief Marco provides his secrets to making each dish perfectly while providing an entertaining experience for everyone involved. He put on a knife skill demonstration for all the kids that they all loved. All this without having to drive 15 people in three cars to a restaurant that can’t seat us all in the same place. He provided the food, beautifully plated each dish, and drove to our location to make this experience amazing.

We spent 2 weeks in Spello with our 3 kids and ended up enjoying Marco team's) spectacular cuisine 3 times. Twice we used the take away delivery service which really is awesome so we can enjoy Michelin food at our holiday villa ideal when you have small kids. And topped it off just me and my partner at his relaxed restaurant epic meals we will never forget and will be back.
