I called the store and explained the situation, but the answer was that if you bring the pork ribs as is, they will cook them again. I was so dumbfounded. I asked for a refund and got an answer after a long time.Later I went to the store and got a refund. But I never heard an apology. There was no sign of regret. (I could have gone to the hospital because I ate undercooked pork.)I was very dissatisfied with the service of this restaurant.I will never visit this place againI would never recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to eat Korean BBQ.

Same goes for the galbi, it came out cooked so couldn't check the marbling on it, but never ate a galbi so tough at a restaurant so far. Servers and atmosphere is good, pork belly is probably the most decent meat out of the ones I tried there.

The beef is good and the serving is also good. They give a lot of side dishes and i love everything. Then, the ban-cha... read more Food was fine but service sucks. Waited for a table for 20 mins then got seated.. but we got moved to another table because bigger party came. Then, the ban-chan is being thrown onto the table not placed!! And to top that a half dead fly fell downfrom the vent and waitress smacked it with a rag. She didn't even bother to wipe it with some disinfectant wipe or some sort. Not worth $125 not even worth $1 for their service. Not going there again!
