I ordered pork ribs and picked them up.However, the inside was not cooked at all, as shown in the picture. I called the store and explained the situation, but the answer was that if you bring the pork ribs as is, they will cook them again. I was so dumbfounded. I asked for a refund and got an answer after a long time.Later I went to the store and got a refund. But I never heard an apology. There was no sign of regret... View all feedback.

Food was fine but service sucks. Waited for a table for 20 mins then got seated.. but we got moved to another table because bigger party came. Then, the ban-chan is being thrown onto the table not placed!! And to top that a half dead fly fell downfrom the vent and waitress smacked it with a rag. She didn't even bother to wipe it with some disinfectant wipe or some sort. Not worth $125 not even worth $1 for their service. Not going there again!

The food is good but they need to seriously work on their hospitality. The servers are very cold, other customers were told goodbye upon leaving and we weren?t. We love Korean BBQ and I will be looking for a new place to frequent. It?s not right thatAsian customers get treated better than others. I have noticed this before when coming here but always wanted to give itanother chance. After today, I?m done. Especially when one is spending close to $200 for dinner.
Terrible service. I ordered a fish combo which includes tofu soup. When tofu soup was served on my table, it was taken to another table by the waitress. Later on, i asked the waitress to come. She went to another table even though i called herfirst. When She finally show up, She said what do u want from me. I said did combo only include fish. She replied yes. I thoughti placed the wrong order maybe. No further questions asked. After a while, She came and asked me did u get the soup. I said no.Then, She went away. Once again, no other reply from her. When i almost finished my dinner, the soup finally came. A differentwaitress asked me did u want this soup. It sounds like i beg them for the soup which i will pay for. In the end of dinner, Wheni asked waitress to pack my food, she was chewing while taking my food. she forgot my soup once again. I have to ask waitress topack this as well. However, She was too busy to her dinner and third waitress showed up to pack my soup. She actually rolled hereyes to me. When i asked for the bill, i was told that tip in cash. When i signed my bill and left my tip on the table. Thewaitress took my bill and asked where was my tip. I said u ask for the cash tip and it is on the table. Fortunately, i canguarantee that they are not racists against Chinese people because they treat other people equally bad. I still gave them 18%for 100 dollar dinner. Never come again
Me with my sisters total 4guys. Order two best beef each 47. And pancake around 20. Wine around 40. Soup around 20. But finally my bills was 266. Plus 18 percent tips. So I give her 315. Why I did not say something in that moment because my sister wantpay. And I want to pay also. So I paid so quickly. The point is her bill you complete do not understand. And the waitress saysomething feel so uncomfortable. And very meaningful

Very tasty authentic Korean food and side dishes.
The beef is good and the serving is also good. They give a lot of side dishes and i love everything. Recommend for brunch and dinner with friends or family.
This restaurant is well-liked by the Korean community for its beef barbecue. The barbecue is tasty, but the service falls short of the quality of the food. The waitstaff insists on cash tips, and they often comment if you don’t tip enough. I came across their health score on another review site, and after seeing that, I won’t be returning. Also, they haven't updated their closing times on the website, so it's best to call ahead before visiting.
Charcoal bbq makes the meat’s flavor better!
The waitress was very kind and even let us take food home that they weren't allowed to but the owners lied about the meat we were served. We ordered pork belly (galbi) meat but receieved pork shoulder meat. When we confronted the owner about the meat they lied and insisted it was pork belly. They even charged us the pork belly cost despite it being pork shoulder meat. We won't be coming back. This place would be a 1 star if it wasn't for the kind lady who served us that day.

One of my favorite spots in Queens for a blend of delicious Korean cuisine and a nostalgic atmosphere. In addition to the pork belly, the kimchi noodles are an absolute must-try.
I highly recommend the grilled intestines, beef entrails, pork ribs, and cold noodles!! The service was excellent, and the chef was very friendly, which made the experience even better!
The sashimi here is absolutely delicious! This restaurant is the best among the three nearby options.

(I could have gone to the hospital because I ate undercooked pork.)I was very dissatisfied with the service of this restaurant.I will never visit this place againI would never recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to eat Korean BBQ.
Food was mediocre at best. Ordered brisket, galbi, intestines, and pork belly. Every single meat was ehh. The intestines were too chewy and tough. Same goes for the galbi, it came out cooked so couldn't check the marbling on it, but never ate a galbi so tough at a restaurant so far. Servers and atmosphere is good, pork belly is probably the most decent meat out of the ones I tried there.
This restaurant is quite disappointing. The staff brought us the check before midnight, even though Google Maps states the restaurant closes at 1 AM. We recommend the food, but not the service. Food: 2/5
Amazing Place with a very reasonable set of prices in the menu. Place us clean. And the meat is tender. The servings are very reasonable. Staff were friendly considering we were their last customer.
Their large intestines is sooooo good always get that and sometimes i order some pork belly too. Their banchan is great too. I love the steamed eggs and also fish cake soup. I go there at least once a month!

A unique Korean BBQ restaurant that grills with charcoal instead of heating elements. The pork and beef were tender and flavorful. The service was excellent and speedy.
**Food:** 5 **Staff:** 4 **Environment:** 4 The food here is absolutely delicious, though a bit pricey considering the portion sizes! The staff were incredibly friendly, speaking to us in Mandarin and eager to share their love for food and culture. We tried the special holiday porridge and the unique "squirrel angels," but we were so full that we couldn't finish everything. The seafood pancakes were enormous and wonderfully crispy! The fish we ordered was perfectly crisp, served with a generous sauce, and the soup was also very flavorful! Be sure to try the side dishes, as many of them differ from what you typically find in Korean restaurants in Manhattan!
This afternoon, I was out with my friends and we had a wonderful time. The food was amazing and the service was outstanding. We tried a lot of Galbi and various other dishes, and we loved every single one! I can’t wait to return soon!

I dined here yesterday with two friends, and we had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Both servers were incredibly sweet, friendly, and delightful. As is our tradition, we ordered our usual dishes, and they did not disappoint. We initially planned to go to our regular spot, but unfortunately, it was closed. So we ended up at Mapo instead, and we were so glad we did! Everything was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We'll definitely be returning!
