Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings:
This is the worst Zaxbys in the area. The hospitality is nice but the food is horrible. I paid $11 for a #4 traditional BBQ wings combo. My entire order was cold and not fresh except my sweet tea.My tea was warm, but it had ice a little ice in it?. My tea was not Zaxbys sweet. I asked for extra ice, I got it in a smaller cup. Two of our Zaxby’s sauce containers had sauce spilled on the outside. Considering that they charge extra for additional sauces and we purchased two extra containers, it was disappointing to see them look like they’d been used before. There was sauce on the lids and grease on the sides, which wasn’t ideal. Additionally, all of our ketchup packets had old, semi-dried, thick, and sticky ketchup smeared on the outside....
