Two of our Zaxby’s sauce containers had sauce spilled on the outside. Considering that they charge extra for additional sauces and we purchased two extra containers, it was disappointing to see them look like they’d been used before. This is the worst Zaxbys in the area. The hospitality is nice but the food is horrible. I paid $11 for a #4 traditional BBQ wings combo. My entire order was cold and not fresh except my sweet tea.My tea was warm, but it had ice a little ice in it?. My tea was not Zaxbys sweet. I asked for extra ice, I got it in a smaller cup. When fresh, some of the best chicken in the city. The sauce is tasty, but the fries are often soggy.

Two of our Zaxby’s sauce containers had sauce spilled on the outside. Considering that they charge extra for additional sauces and we purchased two extra containers, it was disappointing to see them look like they’d been used before. There was sauce on the lids and grease on the sides, which wasn’t ideal. Additionally, all of our ketchup packets had old, semi-dried, thick, and sticky ketchup smeared on the outside. Lastly, many of the tables and chairs hadn’t been cleaned at any point during our visit. Because of these three points, I took away one star, but overall, we really enjoyed our time there!

My daughter and I visited on July 11, 2022. The woman who took our order greeted us with a smile and was incredibly friendly. They ensured we had all our sauces and condiments when they called my name for our food. The meal was fantastic, as always. Before we left, they inquired if we enjoyed everything and welcomed us warmly. This entire team on duty today deserves a raise!

The manager and the young lady both apologized. The food was microwave hot. The wings were smothered in luke warm bbq sauce, the wings themselves were not fresh and inside was luke warm and tough. I'm not angry but very disappointed. Boooooooo Flowood Zaxby? Boooooooooooo

Service was not good when placing order and to receive order. Food sat in window for a few minutes and my husband had to watch and go up to ask if that was our food. There were other people in there at the time we were there that they got the wrong food.
