Was Anonym at Zaxby's a mag?
Two of our Zaxby’s sauce containers had sauce spilled on the outside. Considering that they charge extra for additional sauces and we purchased two extra containers, it was disappointing to see them look like they’d been used before. There was sauce on the lids and grease on the sides, which wasn’t ideal. Additionally, all of our ketchup packets had old, semi-dried, thick, and sticky ketchup smeared on the outside.... What Anonym dislikes about Zaxby's:
This is the worst Zaxbys in the area. The hospitality is nice but the food is horrible. I paid $11 for a #4 traditional BBQ wings combo. My entire order was cold and not fresh except my sweet tea.My tea was warm, but it had ice a little ice in it?. My tea was not Zaxbys sweet. I asked for extra ice, I got it in a smaller cup. My daughter and I visited the restaurant today on July 11th. The waitress who took our order greeted us warmly with a smile and was very friendly, a rarity nowadays. She made sure we had all our sauces and condiments before calling out our names for our food. The food was delicious as usual. As we were leaving, a gentleman asked if we enjoyed our meal and gave us a warm farewell. The entire team working today deserves a raise!
I ordered the Cajun Club Sandwich which came with grilled chicken, and it was incredibly tasty. I also really enjoyed it. I'm excited to return and sample the wings next time.
The food was delicious. The staff was super friendly. The dining room was very clean.
I have frequented this restaurant often. The service is excellent and our orders are always accurate! The food is delivered quickly, delicious, and I particularly appreciate the variety of beverages available. I rated it four stars due to the frequent presence of smoke from the kitchen, which tends to fill the dining area.
