What Roman Wyss doesn't like about Nova The:
Between the salad and the main course 1.5 hours passed without any information from the staff. Either you let fewer people in or you have more staff. The room (at the entrance on the right) is also very bland. The food was ok, but nothing more, although we had a simple menu. View all feedback.
The food is prepared very carefully and tastes are delicate , not overpowered by salt and seasoning, the tasting menu is balances very well .
Everything was delicious with great service. Price is good compared to other restaurants in the area and quality of the food. The basement was very beatiful.
The place offers delicious meals, makes you welcome without pretense, and has excellent service. Price is reasonable for this quality.

Sehr zuvorkommender Service, das Angebot beim Frühstück ist riesig. Leider hatte ich nicht so viel Zeit ansonsten hätte ich gerne all die leckeren Sachen probiert. Zimmer sind sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und bei schönem Wetter ist die Aussicht vom Balkon wohl auch super! Das Restaurant ist preislich höher anzusiedeln als das Hotel, aber sehr lecker und auch einige Vegetarische Speisen sind im Angebot. Eine absolute Empfehlung für Flims!
