Spent 4 nights with my son and decided to opt for the half board. Wise decision because the food was excellent, the service albeit a bit slow, always good and with a smile. The lady who runs the hotel was very gentle and gave us a nice room. We liked the organization, the position and the room. Only problem in the nearby church with his bell running in the night. We love flims and we'll be back for sure.

Great little hotel in an old building two minutes from the ski lifts. Rooms are basic but very clean, and there aren't many extra services/amenities, but you don't really need much when you probably come to Flims for skiing/snowboarding. They have a shower and toilet guests can use after checkout, which is great if you want to ski for one more day. Staff was very friendly and attentive, and breakfast was delicious and had great variety.

Restaurant NOVA they just open for the winter season, means 4 months per Year: Ruud Willemsen is a passionate Cook, who loves to create such amazing menus. The Service under the lad of Mrs Tobler is very professional and also with heart and soul effect. All the dishes from the 6 Course Menu were in the presentation as well the taste outstandig. Really recommend the NOVA for people who enjoying good food/wine in a spectacular place, at this cae a 450 years old cellar vault.
The Restaurant Nova in the cellar of Hotel Bellevue in Flims is truly a hidden gem. You can find a lot of cosy places with atmosphere in Switzerland, but seldom as modern and classy as this one. The food is modern and highly technical, all beautiful presented. Some of the dishes would in my opinion be worthy of a star or two in the Guide. On top of that the owner Marianne Tobler poured us great wines by the glass pairing the dishes. I recommend everyone who enjoys good food, wine and service to make a visit.
A new attempt to dine at this place with good friends was very much rewarded this year! A wonderful sequence of courses brought an outstanding culinary experience to us. The appetizer composition was a delight and both menus as well as the friendliness of the staff were convincing!
Such a great find in Flims. The restaurant is that hard to find combination of warm service and gourmet food. Every interaction I had with the staff was helpful, honest and engaging. This is not a pretentious restaurant. Rather there is a genuine desire for guests to enjoy their visit and relate to the cuisine. The food is extremely high quality and delightfully presented. If you are looking for a memorable meal, you should not miss Nova.
That was one of the best gourmet places we've ever tried. Everything was amazing. Especially the monk fish with carrot cake.... just wow. Of course, it comes with a price. :

Great place to stay in Flims. Just a 3-minute walk from the lift. Great hospitality, clean nicely furnished rooms, excellent breakfast. We'll see you soon!! Very recommended!!

Oh, they know how to cook. Perfect! Loved the salmon and the flame cake classic we ordered.
Decently priced, excellent location for visiting ski enthusiasts (near rental shops and 5 minute walk from the base of Flims), with friendly staff, great breakfast, and outstanding restaurant. Would absolutely return.
