The Service under the lad of Mrs Tobler is very professional and also with heart and soul effect. All the dishes from the 6 Course Menu were in the presentation as well the taste outstandig. Really recommend the NOVA for people who enjoying good food/wine in a spectacular place, at this cae a 450 years old cellar vault.

You can find a lot of cosy places with atmosphere in Switzerland, but seldom as modern and classy as this one. The food is modern and highly technical, all beautiful presented. Some of the dishes would in my opinion be worthy of a star or two in the Guide. On top of that the owner Marianne Tobler poured us great wines by the glass pairing the dishes. I recommend everyone who enjoys good food, wine and service to make a visit.

Wise decision because the food was excellent, the service, though a bit slow, always good and with a smile. The lady who leads the hotel was very gentle and gave us a nice room. We liked the organization, the position and the space. Just a problem in the near church with its bell running at night. We love flamen and we'll be back.
