Dunkin' - Feedback

The restaurant is conveniently located next to the airport and is very clean with plenty of space. The staff were all very friendly, especially Jordan who took our order with a smile. I ordered my usual ice cream and found a used latex glove at the tip of it. I brought it to the attention of the manager, Roxanna, who simply smiled and offered a replacement or a refund without any apology. I was not impressed by their lack of concern.
