came here after 9 o'clock on Friday for a sweet tasty bite. they had vegan chocolate chip cookies and either vanilla or earthbeereis. the sandwiches are big my fiancé and I split one and I am so glad we did. the cookies are delicious. the vanilleeis was super tasty, only to be warned if they were not a coconut fan, design a big coconut aroma! I love the softness of the cookie sandwich and if you don't want so much, you could get a sip of ice cream and a cookie on the side. My least favorite is that they don't have many vegan flavors especially seasonal! I would ask all the time if they got any and they said they were working on it, but never got it when I was still living there. The staff was so friendly! View all feedback.
I want a unique and delicious dessert, this is the place. I loved my mint chocolate chip ice and cookies sandwich. I couldn't finish. Worth the money! Very friendly staff.
Ahh what can I say. Been coming here for a few years and they never disappoint! Their vanilla plant based ice cream sandwich is to die for ! I have literally been driving here an hour from Morganton just for that specific reason a few times lol. They have other plant based options now that I have yet to try but definitely will next time I come around!!

Sunshine Sammies was so easy to work with. They pulled their truck right up to Timber Hall and the guests had a ball trying different flavors. It was everything we were hoping for and more. Thank you!
Friendly service and cute design. Portions were pretty big and def fresh homemade flavors. Just wish my key lime ice cream had stronger flavor. It was more a rich vanilla with a hint of lime.
