While I don't expect the same bold flavors found in Thailand, considering that most Thai restaurants we visit stick to traditional basics, we're still on the lookout for a better option. The Pad Thai is missing many key ingredients, including the fresh toppings, and most of the curries are lacking in flavor. Unfortunately, this Thai kitchen just doesn’t hit the mark.
