the staff is very friendly, ready to spend as much time as necessary at each guest so they don't feel. Eating is always great, although only at breakfast has been there. if there was one after, it is the same as almost any other restaurant. they do not have enough smaller tables, have to give table for four to only one person. there must be more two people tables. It used to be a good restaurant. My last two trips, however, tell a different story. One was a meatloaf dinner which was miniscule and overcooked. See photo. My last experience was a take-out turkey dinner with side salad. When I opened it at home later, the turkey was dry, accompanied by literally a tablespoon of cranberry sauce. The salad was missing entirely. Another formerly good business bites the dust. View all feedback.
Your shield says the best breakfast in the WNC mountains, we agree (first time here). 7 minutes from Asheville Airport. We sat on the covered outdoor veranda. Breakfast was $9.50- 10.50 for our pancake comb (2 large pumpkin pancakes, eggs and meat) and a western omelet comb (plus a side bread). Everything was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very recommended. Open until 3 pm for breakfast and lunch.
It was a nice early fall afternoon so I sat on the porch to eat. I had one of the Saturday specials and side salad. The salad was very fresh and food well prepared ample portions very tasty. Service was excellent. This was the second time I've eaten at Kosta's Kitchen and even better than I had remembered. I have recommended Kosta's to friends.
Delicious food. Great service. It's really cool that they have fresh deserts as well. We had breakfast and I don't think a single person had any complaints. Also, some of the best pancakes I've had. However, the only caveat is that the selections and customization on the menu is limited. I like a simple menu, but for people with dietary requirements and vegan vegetarians, your options are limited. But, this is a great local spot that was very enjoyable.
