When I arrived, the only items waiting on the counter were my mother's soup and drink. Unfortunately, her soup—which barely qualified as tomato soup with more croutons than anything else—was cold by the time I finally got the rest of my order, which consisted of half a sandwich, a flatbread pizza, and another drink. I had to ask for my drink, too. Another customer waiting for his order also had to request the rest of his meal, which was sitting in the same spot as my drink. Everything was done; it just wasn’t given out with the right orders. Now, I know I’m not the fastest eater, but I'm not slow either. I barely got through one and a half slices of my flatbread pizza before it turned ice-cold. My mother couldn’t finish her sandwich because the bacon was so salty that it overwhelmed all the other flavors. The only decent part of the meal was our drinks, which is surprising because I usually find their coffee to taste burnt. Overall, the meal we received was not worth the $33 we spent. I was aware that Panera was declining, but this was not the experience I expected from a place that claims to offer healthier options than fast food. I hope this was just a one-time issue.

I see loaves of bread on the wall, but we would have to buy an entire loaf for two people. The cashier was rude and offered no help, solutions, or alternatives. Never again!

I was informed that my order had never been received, but when I checked the bag, I found a printed copy of my order inside. When I got home, I discovered they had given me the wrong sandwich—ham instead of turkey. However, the manager was very gracious and offered me a complimentary dessert for the inconvenience. As for vegetarian options, there are salads available, with choices for both meat and non-meat variants, and soups are also on the menu.
