At 8:30 PM, I purchased a light roast coffee tote but was not provided with any coffee cups or sugar packets—only a few creamers. When I asked for more creamers, the employee refused and only gave me a small amount. I used to think the service here was excellent, but now it has become the worst.
The food is always fresh and straightforward. Be sure to check their app for special offers—you can get free drinks for a whole month. I really enjoy their combo meals and the soup served in a bread bowl.
I've frequently encountered problems with my orders being wrong. They often forget essential parts, such as leaving out the feta cheese in a Greek salad. Moreover, they tend to include ingredients I've clearly asked to be removed due to food allergies. The manager is hardly ever around to address these issues, even during quieter moments. Today, I discovered visibly rotten lettuce and peppers in both salads I ordered.
I had a terrible experience with delivery. The manager at Panera is blaming DoorDash for my order being delivered to the wrong address and arriving two hours late, and they refuse to take any responsibility. Since Panera relies on DoorDash for deliveries and doesn’t employ their own drivers, they’re just passing the buck instead of addressing the problem.
If I could give this place zero stars, I certainly would. It has really declined. The sandwich I ordered was terrible; it used to be my favorite, but now it’s the worst! The beef was so tough that it was almost impossible to chew, and the bread was completely burnt. There was nothing enjoyable about this sandwich. They might want to think about hiring more experienced staff.
