They only accept cash, whi... read more This establishment deserves the award for the worst business. It seems like it is run by teenagers who don't know what they're doing. They only accept cash, which is outdated and makes them less competitive compared to other restaurants in the 21st century. Save yourself the headache and try the locations in ITC or the other two locations in Roxbury instead.

Addi... read more The drive-thru had ten cars waiting and was moving very slowly with taking orders. When I went inside, I noticed they were short-staffed and out of salads. Additionally, a group of rowdy teenagers were being loud and disrespectful towards the staff. Overall, this place needs a lot of improvement. I suggest giving it a try.

When I approached the counter, the empl... read more I came to this restaurant at 12:30 on March 26. I will never return. I ordered three meals and everything was incorrect. When I approached the counter, the employee looked at me as if I were crazy. She rudely suggested a happy meal, implying that I was foolish, as she did not understand my order. After explaining what I wanted multiple times, she handed me the bags quickly and seemed flustered. I left feeling confused and disappointed as it was clear they were not organized. Upon arriving home, I found that my order of ten chicken nuggets only contained nine, one of which had plastic sticking to it. Additionally, my order was missing the soda I paid for, instead including pickle juice, and there was no honey dip as I had requested multiple times. It seems like this establishment has some room for improvement.
