I was looking forward to eating in cinder. I was disappointed. first it was very loud. it made it very difficult to talk to the other 5 people in my party. the eating was not too bad except my pork chop from the special menu. ie the aged meat menu; its speciality. it was described as a pork with a caramel sauce. the pig was well overcooked and very dry. the caramel sauce was just a sweet sirup without hauch caramel....
