I live in Connecticut and every time I’m home, I HAVE to get Chakra bowls! They are hands down the best smoothie bowls I’ve ever had! I crave them all the time and unfortunately nothing in my area compares. I’m so happy Lauren opened another location so she can share the smoothie bowl (and toast, lattes, salads, wellness shots) goodness with even more people! 4th location coming to Connecticut please? The restaurant is fantastic. The owner is very friendly, helpful, and kind with a smiling face. The food is delicious, fresh, and homemade. I highly recommend this place.

I never leave reviews and after going to Chakra Bowls I felt like I had to. The staff was literally so incredible , I went in with my grandmother and they took the time to break down the menu for her to find something she liked. They explained the ingredients in each and the benefits of each option. My bowl was amazing and was so filling. Typically I’m in a rush so I don’t want a sit down meal nor do I want fast food. It is great to finally have a healthy grab and go restaurant in the area. Hands down my new favorite spot!
The phone said it would take 15-20 minutes, but we ended up waiting for 50 minutes.
