What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I have been ordering their Old Fashioned and Banana Bread for many years. Today, I decided to check the ingredients on their website and was disappointed to discover they use biotechnological ingredients in their food. I have lost all respect for this company and will not be dining there again. I used to believe that more expensive meant better quality, but now I see that is not always the case. This restaurant has exceptional food, top-notch service, and a wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend trying their delicious Cake Pops and refreshing Iced Caramel Macchiato.
We had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks location. They got our order right, asked for the correct spelling of our names, and the service was quick. We were pleased to find that there was no wait in line when we visited.
This Starbucks is our neighborhood spot, but it is consistently slow whenever we stop by. The staff is nice, but it always takes 30 minutes to receive our order, whether we go inside or use the drive-thru. Other Starbucks locations in the area are much quicker. I suggest heading a few miles south on I25 for a faster experience. Overall, the service is lacking with a score of 1, the food is average with a score of 3, and the atmosphere is decent with a score of 3. Take-out meals are available with prices ranging from $1 to $10 per person.
The only issue I encountered at this restaurant was the long wait time, both inside and at the drive-thru. Despite being fifth in line, the friendly barista eventually sorted out the confusion with my order and got me on my way. The service provided by the staff, especially the barista named Sheri, was exceptional and made the wait worth it. The Firestone I-25 STARBUCKS is commended for their dedication to training and appreciating both employees and customers. I highly recommend trying their Frappuccino and Caramel Frappuccino Blended Beverage. The average cost per person for a meal is $10-20. Overall, the experience was excellent with top marks for food, service, and atmosphere. Thank you to the wonderful staff at this location!
