The first time they messed up my order and gave me 3 large orders or mash potatoes and gravy when it was supposed to be mac and cheese and 1 mash potatoes. My fault for not checking before leaving. Thistime they told me I couldn't have all dark meat and that I would have to call 30 minutes ahead of time. I told them I'd wait forthe chicken, it's been over 40 minutes and I've seen them bring out many orders to other customers already.

The chicken was dry and tough, as if it had been sitting out all day. I also thought it was ridiculous to pay $3.39 for a small portion of mashed potatoes. And the KFC sauce? It just tasted like bland Thousand Island dressing. The staff member who assisted me was friendly, but he seemed unaware of the issues I was facing. There were definitely a lot of problems.
