We went for dinner, and struggled to o... read more Bit of a conflicting experience, fantastic food but awful service, with a complete lack of coordination or communication. We went for dinner, and struggled to order as the music was a bit too loud and I happen to have a bit of hearing damage, on top of this the waitress didn't seem to make much effort to communicate with us. (More of a personal quirk but if loud places annoy you perhaps it matters to you. We ordered relatively quick, but for some reason my mom received her food instantly, while the rest of us didn't get anything. 15 minutes go by and as my mother finishes her dish we contact the server again and ask about the lack of coordination from the kitchen. They proceed to walk into the kitchen and walk out with the other 3 plates instantly. After finishing the main dishes, we decided to try the cocktails as their dessert menu was apparently completely out of stock and managed to order them after waiting over 15 minutes for a server to come to our table. We waited for over 20 minutes more after this with no apparent signs of life and once more, the second we complain to a server, we receive our drinks not a minute later. The food and the cocktails themselves were fantastic and the quality of their kitchen is remarkable, but their service is atrocious, and it lacks any coordination between the servers and the kitchen. Overall we spent over 90+ minutes to have 4 main dishes and 3 cocktails. Make of all this what you want but for 25+ euro per person I don't think it is good enough. They really need to work on their service quality.

The res... read more Very elegant booths decor. We were given a C shaped booth. The cushion was a little short for me so I slid round to the corner and was very comfortable. The rest of the young clientele were clearly happy. Extensive menu themes options. We had gyozo starters, sharing shrimp veggie rice. Mains were grilled salmon and steamed rice. I had fried rice with seafood. We had a bottle of Passerina, a favourite of ours, that was surprisingly well matched to the food.

Although the decor was appealing and created... read more After returning from a tour, we were in the mood for Mexican cuisine and found Tijuana, located opposite our hotel. Although the decor was appealing and created a lively atmosphere, our experience with the food was disappointing. We ordered the hard shell chicken tacos and pork shoulder tacos, but they turned out to be the worst Mexican dishes we've ever tasted. The chicken taco shells were stale and lacked any distinct flavor, and the pork taco did not resemble the carnitas we were accustomed to. We were so let down by the food that we could not even finish it. However, the Tijuana margarita was the one bright spot of our meal, and we found it to be good.

Normally the food is pretty decent however changed have been made that decreased the value of the food flavor and quality. They fish tacos were a 100 time better before, salsa was low quality, and the fajitas are they only thing that were tasty. It reminds me of fast food in the US at a high price. The margarita did not have hardly any alcohol (and I have has good margaritas here before). The menu the has been really reduced and no more happy hour, the tortillas were placed in a basket uncover which means they got cold and hard quickly. They don’t even have the molecjete anymore. They should have been cover or in a container like before. Not sure if ownership has changed but before the couple who owned it was present to make sure the quality of the food and experience was good. We will not be going back.
