The service was gre... read more This restaurant is absolutely lovely. We chose this as it was conveniently located in our hotel but it is a fantastic family run restaurant. The service was great, everyone was very friendly and welcoming… And the food? Wow. The pici pasta was delicious !! I would definitely recommend this place for great service and food.

Carne Salada appetizer followed by a Lobster Pappardella and finally a traditional Tiramisu. The truly HIGH quality of the three courses but the pappardelle and tiramisu truly compete for excellence! Being in Florence you think you can eat a good steak everywhere, but in reality very few people know how to make it. Opera Restaurant (inside the Hotel Adriatico) is in my opinion the best in selecting only local meat, expertly cooked by the chef. Credit goes to Benedetta, an impeccable hostess capable of making you feel at ease throughout the dinner. The boy who took care of our table with her was also very good. Fortunately... read more When we are in a country or city where we don't know the restaurants or hotels, it is often very difficult to choose the ideal place to eat or stay. Fortunately, we were lucky enough to choose the Grande Hotel Adriatico where we felt very good and comfortable and at that hotel we had the opportunity to have dinner at the excellent A Ópera restaurant. We were received with great professionalism and friendliness by the owner Benedetta who explained each dish served to us all of excellent quality and flavor. I recommend this fantastic experience of Italian gastronomy where the price/quality ratio is really worth it. Elenice and Family from Portugal
