The barman was very mean and slow: we were queueing for beers and when it was our turn he just ignored us and preferred to attend his friend who just arrived. He didn't only attend him, he did a drink with him also, taking his time! All this without saying a word to us. We left immediately, they won't see me there again, for sure. View all feedback.
Friendly and thoughtful bartender who turned on the back air conditioning for us when we sat in the back, fun, welcoming environment with comfy seating and sports games on! Great drinks for great price! Guinness certified
The place is super quiet when it first opens up. It seems like a pretty chill place to get a drink. The inside has a lot of cool things inside to see.
Look , I'm American , so I love a great dive bar..... and Monkey Bar is exactly that . Cheap drinks , dingy atmosphere , and a no BS bartender. Hell , he knew my roommates ex gf in NYC !! Small world !!
Great service, super friendly bartender, highly recommend. The mixed drinks are well made and all at a good price.
Trust me when I tell you that this is a great spot to grab some shots or have a few drinks. Lorenzo and Freddy, the owners, are two of the coolest guys I've met in Florence and they make the night one to remember every single time.
