The food was... read more The hand pulled beef noodle soup was very good. The noodle were thick and chewy. However, it had very little meat. The dumplings were just average. The food was served hot and with good presentation. The service was professional, but could have been a bit more attentive. The decor is impressive, with muraled ceilings, innovative restroom sinks, a glass enclosed area so that customers can see dumplings and noodles being made. The restaurant was clean. The only downside is they charge 3 euro person, in exchange they provide you with water and tea. It's only OK if those are the drinks you want. Tourist from the U.S.A.

We didn't have a reservation, but were able to be seated because we went early (7:30ish) and because it is a rather large restaurant. Staff was wonderful (excellent English) and efficient, but the star of the show was the food. Two in our party were from Seattle and VERY familiar with the cuisine and they raved about the dumplings (aka ravioli), the stir fried mixed vegetables and cucumbers (ended up ordering 2). It is also very reasonably priced. Group of 4, no alcohol, 89 euros. We were stuffed. So glad we found this gem in Florence!

I had a chicken sligh... read more We walked from the Ufizzi toward the bus and found Dim Sum as a place for lunch . My wife had a fish which was an art and super delicious. I had a chicken slightly spicy also great taste. The dim sum was superb, service was fast and gentle. We will be back to this restaurant soon.
