They then tried again but the result was the same. We then asked for a refund but the barista refused too. He only offered to make the drink again with a different milk but after two attempts already we requested a refund again and again. I think it's appalling that he would not give us a refund after we didn't get what we paid for and would recommend anyone to go anywhere else for a coffee. Furthermore, when we told him we weren't happy with the drinks he just shrugged his shoulders. Very very disappointing.

The coffee was alri... read more I ordered a cup of American Coffee to go! I added my cream and watched as this coffee shop filled up with lots of customers heading to work! The coffee was alright, but I wouldn't say it was fresh, but none the less what I wanted at that time! Their pastries looked good, but I didn't avail myself of any, but a lot of customers did! If you want a cup of American Coffee, that at least tastes like something back home, then their coffee is it!

She modified it 3 times yet, still watery ,paid 4.50 euro. I consumed half of it then I had an episode of dizziness and nausea . Stay away from Arnold coffee.
