To start, there wasn’t a single tourist in sight — actually just like in all the other spots we've enjoyed here. The place was a perfect blend of professionalism and authenticity. Every dish was delicious, from the appetizers to the desserts, but the highlight was the Galician style octopus hands down the best we've had in our 10 days here. The outdoor seating on the street added to the cheerful and authentic atmosphere that immediately drew us in. We love these kinds of experiences, and Il Pincho truly lived up to our expectations! Honestly, if the food had been any fresher, we would have had to chase it down the street ourselves!
